Daily cleaning cycles in the food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, and biomedical industries are of paramount importance, as they subject sensors to extreme conditions. The sensors must withstand, at least once a day, cleaning under high pressure, high temperatures (peaks up to 100°C), and aggressive cleaning products.
The configuration can be adjusted directly via a learning button, which locks completely in operating mode to prevent measurement errors. To facilitate alignment even in dirty environments, the sensor uses a visible red beam. Furthermore, the output state is programmable as NO or NC, and its M12 connector simplifies connection.
