The WT1800R has been designed to support the development and production of energy-efficient technologies by combining measurement results with waveform acquisition instruments via IS8000 software. Furthermore, it enables engineers to perform field-oriented control measurements, such as Vd/Vq and Id/Iq, and directly store the data on a network drive.
Whether analyzing multi-phase inputs during the design of motors and drives, or meeting strict efficiency standards for photovoltaic inverters, the WT1800R offers the versatility needed to help engineers bring their concepts to market, with an easy-to-interpret color scheme.
Main features
The WT1800R guarantees a power accuracy of 0.05% of the reading plus 0.05% of the range, being able to perform harmonic analysis up to the 500th harmonic of a fundamental frequency of 50/60 Hz.
Basic accuracy in AC power measurements is guaranteed between 1% and 110% of the selected voltage and current range, corresponding to voltages from 15 mV to 1100 Vrms and currents from 0.1 mA to 5.5 Arms (for a 5 A input element) and from 10 mA to 55 Arms (for a 50 A input element). It is also accurate under conditions of large phase shifts and high frequencies, with a small power factor error of ±0.07% of apparent power.
With simultaneous 16-bit measurements on up to 6 input channels at 2 MS/s, a wide range of display and analysis options on an enhanced screen, and PC connectivity, the WT1800R is ideal for a wide range of energy efficiency and harmonic analysis.
