Mecter presents the new Mornsun QA-R3G family DC/DC converter specially designed for IGBT/SiC MOSFET Drivers.

Based on MORNSUN's proprietary, independent IC design, the QA-R3G family boasts an insulation voltage of up to 5000VAC, exceeding that of conventional products on the market (3750VAC). Furthermore, the QA-R3G family meets the requirements for reinforced insulation, significantly improving overall reliability.
2. Long-Term Insulation Voltage: 1700V
IGBT/SiC MOSFETs, as the main semiconductor devices, typically operate at voltage classes of 650V/900V/1200V/1700V. In accordance with IEC-61800-5-1, the QA-R3G family offers a long-term insulation voltage (continuous discharge) of up to 1700V, making it suitable for use with IGBT/SiC MOSFET devices operating at voltages below 1700V.
