The new MachXO3LF FPGAs feature integrated Flash to simplify setup and use, and utilize the same packaging technology as the rest of the MachXO3L family, thus offering small form factor and high I/O density.

Output pin compatibility allows customers to easily switch from MachXO3L to MachXO3LF models without changing the printed circuit board (PCB) design.

With these new devices, users benefit from being able to make design code modifications during the engineering and development phases or field updates.

The MachXO3LF units are also supported by Lattice Diamond design software version 3.4.1 (and later).
