The ADI LTM8080 is an integrated solution consisting of a switch and LDOs, offering both advantages while maintaining a small size and significantly reduced PCB design sensitivity. The device incorporates regulators, power switches, inductors, and supporting components. Furthermore, the regulators include an integrated voltage tracking function that automatically adjusts VBUS to either the nominal 2.5 V or 1 V above VOUT1, whichever is higher, to achieve superior noise performance and minimize power dissipation.

The LTM8080 is housed in a compact (9 mm x 6.25 mm x 3.32 mm), thermally enhanced overmolded Ball Grid Array (BGA) package designed for automated assembly using standard surface mount equipment and complies with the RoHS directive.
