The StrongIRFET™ range is characterized by its low conduction resistance (RDS(on)) for a wide variety of industrial applications, including batteries, inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), solar inverters, forklifts, power tools, mopeds, and hot-swap applications.
In addition to their reduced RDS(on), the high current levels of these new devices help improve system reliability and allow for component savings by replacing lower-performing devices.
The StrongIRFET™ range comprises a wide selection of devices in various packages, providing engineers with great flexibility in choosing the device best suited to their application. All components feature enhanced gates, dv/dt avalanche robustness, fully characterized capacitance, and a Safety Operating Area (SOA) for avalanches, as well as improved dv/dt and dl/dt diode capacitance. These components are suitable for industrial environments, with a humidity sensitivity of MSL1 and are RoHS compliant, as they are lead-, bromide-, and halogen-free.
