As a global provider of analog and mixed-signal solutions for automotive, industrial, medical, information technology and consumer applications, ZMDI is expanding its smart power management portfolio through the ZSPM9060, a new product for non-isolated DC/DC point-of-load (POL) power supply applications.
In combination with ZMDI's compatible range of intelligent power management products, the ZSPM9060 enables high-performance, high-area applications such as servers, storage units, processor boards, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) boards, and more. These DrMOS devices are compatible with ZMDI's flagship ZSPM10xx range of configurable digital power management system controllers for non-isolated POL supplies and other pulse-width modulation (PWM) controllers. The ZSPM9060 features an ultra-compact, 40-pin PQFN (6mm x 6mm) compatible package, providing a 72% space saving compared to conventional discrete solutions.
