The safe, simple and efficient operation of three-phase asynchronous motors is an important requirement in many applications: the CONTACTRON speed starter from Phoenix Contact is the new class of equipment between the motor starter and the frequency converter with intuitive operation.

Thanks to the simple operating unit, consisting of a rotary switch and three pushbuttons, as well as a display, all necessary adjustments can be made intuitively. This compact and cost-effective solution offers all the functions needed for different speeds, soft start, ramp function, and safe stop via Safe Torque Off.
