The MLX90421 offers ASIL-B functional safety and enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The sensor supports both radiometric analog and PWM output modes. The MLX90422 Triaxis magnetic position sensor offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +160°C. This sensor supports SENT (SAE J2716) output mode and achieves absolute position detection with on-chip signal processing. The MLX90425 Triaxis 360° rotating position sensor, with scatter field immunity, reliably and accurately measures absolute position in harsh and noisy environments. The MLX90425 offers a programmable measurement range and supports both radiometric analog and PWM output modes. The MLX9046 Triaxis 360° rotating position sensors are available in a single-array SOIC-8 (CC) package or a PCB-less dual-array SMP-3 (VE) package. The MLX9046 sensor is compatible with industrial and automotive applications, such as powertrain actuators, transmission systems, and fuel level probes.
