EBE's QCRC sensors record capacitive and conductive measurement values simultaneously and in real time.
In the QCRC series, all measuring electrodes are fully integrated into the sensor. This allows for very small sensors, measuring only 3 x 3 cm (1.18 x 1.18 inches), without any additional components. The sensor provides I²C measurement values immediately after installation, making it ideal for quick and cost-effective deployment in serial applications.
Continuous non-contact measurement:
The QCRC sensors are based on an improved version of the corTEC® technology developed by EBE. This allows for the detection of fluids without any contact from outside the tank wall. The sensors reliably detect fluid properties even in closed containers and hoses. This increases process reliability and enables safe use even in closed or hygiene-sensitive systems.
Wide range of applications with high measurement accuracy and low costs.
QCRC sensors cover a wide range of capacitive (typically 1 fF to 1000 fF) and conductive (conductance from approximately 0.01 to 1000 mS) values. This makes them suitable for detecting a wide range of substances, from gases and liquids to highly viscous substances and solids. They are commonly used in the food, medical, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in IoT and consumer applications.
evaluation kit for the QCRC sensor for easy integration,
enabling rapid assessment. It contains all the necessary components for commissioning and allows users to test the sensor technology directly in their application.
With the QCRC series, EBE offers a compact, robust, and ready-to-use sensor solution for high-precision detection of fluid properties, ideal for demanding OEM applications with high cost and process reliability requirements.
