The Gocator 3109 scans with high resolution and speed using a blue LED pattern projection system. Measuring only 49 x 100 x 155 mm, it is nearly half the size of its larger sibling, the Gocator 3110, and weighs less than 1.5 kg.
This compact design makes the 3109 easy to mount on robotic arms, fit into confined spaces, and integrate into machines and other factory equipment.
The Gocator 3109's wide field of view (86 x 67 mm to 88 x 93 mm) and flexible scanning capabilities enable the measurement of multiple features with a single 3D snapshot. This reduces system costs, as users can inspect a large number of features in a shorter time and with fewer scanners.
The Gocator 3109 can communicate directly with PLCs and robots, allowing for integration with fewer hardware components in the system, thus simplifying setup and maintenance. By eliminating PCs in the factory and minimizing the number of components required, the Gocator 3109 optimizes system design and reduces integration costs. It requires no on-site calibration or maintenance, significantly reducing system integration time.
It features a web-based graphical interface with 3D feedback. Its measurement parameters are intuitive and CAD-based, ensuring easy configuration of the scanner for specific measurement applications without requiring advanced technical expertise.
