The MLX90397 is designed for 1.8/2.2/3.3V applications. Features:
● Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) figures surpass other products on the market with a typical RMS noise of 2µT for a 50mT range.
● The combination of a low turn-off current of 400nA and a wide supply voltage range (1.7V to 3.6V) is ideal for battery-powered applications. It not only provides maximum flexibility in battery type selection (alkaline, lithium, etc.) but also ensures extended use.

The adaptable Bz field range of up to 200mT simplifies customer designs with a back-bias magnet (e.g., a joystick) by eliminating saturation limitations.
Another advantage is the inclusion of a VddIO pin. This allows the customer to adjust the output to a different voltage level than the main supply. This feature eliminates the need for additional level shifters to interface with the microcontroller. The MLX90397 comes in a compact 8-pin UTDFN package, measuring only 2.0 mm x 2.5 mm and just 0.4 mm high. This makes the devices easy to integrate, even into electronic designs with significant space constraints. The operating temperature range of -40 °C to 105 °C enables its use in demanding industrial applications.
