Omron's G3VM-61VY2 and G3VM-351VY models are cost-effective MOSFET relays for a wide range of 60V and 350V AC or DC switching applications. A key feature of these devices is their high dielectric strength of 3750V between inputs and outputs.
Both relays offer improved specifications compared to existing Omron solutions. The G3VM-61VY2 has a higher continuous load current of 500mA and a conduction resistance of only 2 Ohms. The G3VM-351VY offers a faster switching time than before, with a maximum of 0.5ms and a typical value of 0.1ms. Other improvements include a wider operating temperature range of -40 to +110°C for both devices. Otherwise, the new devices match the outstanding features of the existing range.
Omron's G3VM-61VY2 and G3VM-351VY MOSFET relays are halogen-free and comply with the JEDEC reflow soldering standard. Supplied in special SOP-4 packages, these devices are pin-compatible with existing Omron MOSFET relays. Omron supplies these devices in tube or coil packaging.
